GayZz.app is designed with privacy as a core principle. You do not need to register, create an account, or provide an email address. Each session is temporary and anonymous. This Privacy Policy explains what data is processed, how it is used, and your rights under the GDPR.
A random anonymous session ID (UUID) is generated locally in your browser. No name, email, or account is associated with this ID.
You voluntarily provide a display name, age, and profile photo. Your profile photo is uploaded to our own self-hosted storage on server infrastructure located in Germany.
We request your approximate geographic location to enable distance-based filtering. Your precise location is never stored permanently.
Text messages are stored only briefly on our own server to relay them and are automatically deleted shortly after the chat ends. Photos and videos are retained for moderation purposes and associated with your anonymous session ID only.
Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for security and moderation.
Session data: Deleted when your session ends or after 10 minutes of inactivity.
Profile photos: Up to 30 days, then auto-deleted.
Shared media: Up to 90 days for moderation, then permanently deleted.
Our backend for real-time communication and file storage runs on our own self-hosted infrastructure on a server located in Germany. We do not share your data with a third-party backend-as-a-service provider.
Fonts loaded from Google. Your IP may be logged by Google. Google Privacy Policy.
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability. Contact privacy@gayzz.app to exercise your rights.
GayZz.app is strictly for adults aged 18+. Contact safety@gayzz.app if you believe a minor has used the service.
